Brad has gained experience as a registered social worker over the years and currently supports individuals (age 8+), couples, and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, sexual and gender identity and relationship dynamics. Brad will provide both short- and long-term counselling drawing from a variety of therapeutic models including: cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and narrative approaches. Regardless of the need for therapy or the modality chosen, it is always Brad’s goal to aid in the process of self-discovery leading to empowerment, clarity, and authentic life opportunities.
