Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through a wide range of mental health presentations.
With a background primarily in community mental health, Nicole has experience working with diverse clinical presentations across the lifespan. She has worked extensively with children, youth, young adults, and families, providing care in both in-patient and out-patient settings, as well as within school programs and in crisis stabilization within community contexts.
Nicole’s approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. She supports clients with emotional regulation, building effective coping strategies, strengthening relationships, and engaging in family-based work. Her work focuses on helping individuals build a strong sense of self, foster resilience, navigate life and transitions, and process trauma in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Rodney Pinto is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience. He supports people through life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and practical guidance. Rodney views therapy as a partnership. He creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and can work toward meaningful change. His approach helps clients understand themselves, recognize patterns, build resilience, and find practical strategies for everyday life.
